If you would like to make a booking for a visit, please make contact as soon as possible to ensure that Santa will be available for your event. Please book early for next year. Santa's schedule fills up very early.

NON-PRIME TIMES (January 7th- Thanksgiving Eve)
Normal Non-Prime Time Rates:
$150.00 for the first ½ hour (or portion thereof).
$100 for the second ½ hour (or portion)
$100.00 each additional hour (or portion).
When booking between 2 to 7 hours, a 10% discount will be applied the total. If the booking is for 7 hours or more then the entire booking will be calculated at a flat rate of $100 / hour or portion thereof.
(i.e. a 20 minute visit will be billed for the full first ½ hour. A 45 minute visit will be billed as ½ hour at $150 plus an additional ½ hour at $100, for a total of $250 . A 1 hour and 21 minute visit will be billed for the first two ½ hours at their respective rates, and the extra 21 minutes will be billed for another $100, for a total of $350.)
A typical Home Visit is approximately 20 minutes. Normal business hours are 8am To 10pm

PRIME TIMES
(Thanksgiving through 6 January with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day)
The Normal Prime Time Rate is billed in ½ hour increments.
$200 for the first ½ hour or portion thereof.
$150 for the second ½ hour or portion thereof.
$100 for each additional ½ hour or portion there of.
When booking between 2 to 7 hours, a 10% discount will be applied the total. If the booking is for 7 hours or more then the entire booking will be calculated at a flat rate of $100 per ½ hour or portion there of.
A typical Home Visit is approximately 20 minutes. Normal business hours are 8am To 10pm
THANKSGIVING DAY
The Thanksgiving Day Special Visit Rate is $200 per ½ hour or portion there of. No Discounts.
This visit can be styled as a Traditional Private Home Visit if you wish, or invite Santa to be a special guest at your Thanksgiving Day event, Parade, Party, Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, or even invite him to make an appearance at your family's Thanksgiving Day dinner or celebration. A typical Thanksgiving Day Special Visit is approximately 15 minutes, but can be booked longer for special events.

CHRISTMAS EVE SNEAK-PEEK SPECIAL VISIT
The Christmas Eve rate is $300 per ½ hour or portion there of. No Discounts.
This Special Visit typically lasts about 15 minutes.You and your children can catch a Sneak-Peek & watch Santa slip in, deliver your presents, eat the cookie & milk or hot cocoa on Christmas Eve. (This visit can be styled as a Standard Home Visit at special request but billing will still be at the $300 per half hour rate).
CHRISTMAS DAY SPECIAL VISIT
The Christmas Day rate is $400 per ½ hour or portion there of. No Discounts.
A typical Christmas Day Special Visit is approximately 15 minutes. Did Santa forget to visit your house? Hire The East Texas Real Santa to make a Special Visit on Christmas Morning or anytime on Christmas Day. You can style this visit as a Sneak-Peak or a Traditional Private Home Visit as you wish.
Charities/Non-Profit Organizations/Families on public assistance
Normal Non-Prime, Prime Time, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day rates will apply, however, East Texas Real Santa will occasionally provide service to a number of Charitable or Non-Profit organisations at a reduced rate or free of charge (i.e. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, food banks, hospitals visits, etc.) depending upon time and availability of resources.
