I have been asked many great questions from children of all ages around the world. I decided to compile some of them here;
Q: Is Santa available for in-person visits in 2026?
Answer:
Yes! Santa is ready to see all of his friends this year, but act quickly; Santa is very busy and there are already no booking dates available this year between the 3rd of November and the 24th of December! A typical home visit lasts from 15-20 minutes but usually no more than an hour.
Q: Is Santa available for large, private gatherings?
Answer:
Yes! but act quickly; Santa is very busy and and his schedule fills quickly! A typical home visit lasts from 15-20 minutes but usually no more than an hour.
Q: Is Santa available to deliver presents on Christmas morning?
Answer:
Yes, Christmas Eve or very early Christmas Morning. Santa can place presents under the tree and Children and family members can watch, or "catch", Santa in the act. Typically no more than a 15 to 20 minute visit.
Q: Is Santa available for special visits?
Answer:
Santa is ready to visit hospitals, Make-a-Wish visits and any type of such visits, free of charge.
Q: Do you supply testimonies and/or references?
Answer:
Santa is very protective of identity of his clients and will not give out their contact information. Testimonials are available on request
Q: Can I have Santa just deliver Flowers or just stop by to say Hi?
Answer:
Yes, but the visit is limited to no more than 15 to 20 minutes from the sleigh and back. There may be additional fees depending on distance of travel and additional visit duration time.
Q: Can we have Santa meet us at a photography studio?
Answer:
Yes, but Santa cannot wait around for the photographer to get ready, unless you realize Santa is on the clock.
Q: If we are a non-profit, is Santa able to visit at no charge?
Answer:
In most cases, Santa can offer a reduced rate, or on some occasions Santa may wave his fees, depending on availability.
Q: Can Santa just do a quick meet-and-greet in between another job?
Answer:
Yes, but in most cases there will still be a $100.00 minimum charge.
Q: Can we take pictures with Santa?
Answer:
Yes, but only for personal use. If you are using the pictures for professional promotional purposes, or are selling the pictures, please let Santa know in advance as rates are different than personal us but may be negotiable..
Q: Can we advertise that Santa is coming to our event?
Answer:
Yes. Santa can provide photos that you can use to promote his arrival, but use is limited to use for just the one specific event and purpose.
Q: Does Santa arrive dressed up and ready to perform, or does the customer have to provide a changing area?
Answer:
In most cases Santa will arrive already dressed for your event. If Santa requires a changing area, then arrangements will need to be discussed prior to the event.
Q: Is Mrs. Claus available for a visit?
Answer:
Mrs Clause is quite busy, but she may still be available occasionally. Same for elves or reindeers. Additional fees may apply.
Q: Do you have photographers, provide backdrops, elves, or chairs for rent?
Answer:
Nope. only Santa! But Santa does know of professional photographers to whom he can refer you to.
Special supplies such as chairs, backdrop and so forth require too much time to set up and take down, thus taking away his precious time to make visits elsewhere. This type of special equipment may be made available under special circumstances with special arrangements.
Q: Why Does Santa not have his sleigh and reindeer, and why does Santa arrive or leave through the door and not down the chimney?
Answer:
Santa's sleigh and reindeer only fly on that special night of Christmas Eve and Christmas morning, and chimney access is also restricted by Christmas Magic.
Q: What if we move to a new house?
Answer:
If you are moving before an arranged visit, please let Santa know in advance. For his regular Christmas deliveries, Santa is able to find every child by using his Christmas Magic. Once he locates a child who is at a different address or location, the sleigh will automatically take Santa to the new location.
